"Location was ideal. We were about 7 mi from SoFi, 5 miles to local beaches, 20ish min from Santa Monica pier, 35 min from Disneyland. Also plenty of restaurants/shops near SoFi.
Room: the whole floor and room had a very musty smell. If you’re sensitive to scents, then you’ll hate it. I requested another room on another floor but because of a concert, the hotel was sold out. The beds were not very comfortable. Big sticky spot on carpet between beds. Actually the carpet looked old and dirty....

"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We came back and our whole room smelled like people had been in our room smoking Marijuana for hours! We got headaches and our children got nauseous. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. We called Hampton and asked to be moved to a different room or different Hampton hotel they said there was nothing they could do because the manager was off work for the next 2 days. We called expedia and they tried to help us...
