"Nice pub but can get a bit noisy"

"They put us in the wrong room. We paid for a larger room but only in the morning did the receptionist advise us of her mistake. The room was comfortable and clean but I did slice my finger quite deeply on a broken tile around where a new shower head was installed. It was like a razor and needs to be fixed. We should also get a refund of the difference between the room I booked and the standard roomI received. It is quiet, bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well."

"Stayed at The Quest quite a few times now and will continue to do so when visiting Mackay. Central to all our needs. Very comfortable stay."
