"We have stayed at the Horatio many times over the years & the standard of accommodation has consistently been first class. In fact I would have to say that it's the cleanest motel I've stayed in."

"Room was nice and roomy, we had 2 adults and 2 children. 1 king bed and a fold out sofa. Although the room was nice and big enough for all 4 of us the pull-out sofa was not comfortable at all and we had to place the mattress on the floor. Would stay there again but in a room with 2 actual beds. The location was great, close to town."

"The room we stayed in was alright, but we found mouse poo near the microwave and the kettle plus there was a fair amount of black mold in the bathroom. The room was booked for 3 people but there were only 2 mugs with only 1 spoon and 2 glasses to use for drinks. While we did use the microwave to reheat our takeaway food there are no plates or bowls or utensils for use either. There were electric blankets on the beds but they did not work either. "I had several rooms hired for a large party and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast cafe area while just off site worked well with our large party. An excellent country motel"

"First booked for 5 people but got only 1 single bunk bed and 1 double bed! The whole unit is super small! You cannot walk inside bedroom as in no room. Pets control need do more works and also moudly in the unit"

Upon arrival instantly approached by the host, Robbie, a most charming and obliging host. There is nothing that is not supplied in the way of food, beverages and household amenities. To arrive there is as much as arriving at home. Top marks for Robbie's hospitality. 5 stars!"
