"the toilet was broken entire stay and after reporting it, we never saw any staff again. doors locked to office with a sign and number. called the number for a voicemail and no return call. Last night we had no housekeeping and clean towels. No one to help us. Power went off for 2 1/2 hours in a very hot room. Cant get any help from Expedia at all, or the hotel. Bad service from both."

"We arrived and the room did not smell well. They brought some room spray and that helped. We also saw hair in the bathtub but we were so tired from traveling, we placed towels on the bottom of the tub and then realized the shower didn’t drain well which is probably why there was hair in the shower. We just went to bed and left in the morning."
