Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hazard by IHG
Rooms were not ready at check in. A new room was given but the door didn’t lock and there was no maintenance man to fix it that day so it remained unsecured for the duration of the stay. The pool was closed. The renovations started very early in the morning.

The hotel is very outdated. Some of the doors do not lock or you have trouble getting into your room because looks like the doors have been busted.
