"The hotel was clean, we only had 2 issues. The first was not their fault, the power went out at 9 on Friday and was off for 1.5 hours. No one answered the phone downstairs to let us know what was happening. The second was that we were on the 3rd floor and there was absolutely no hot water to be had. "

"Lisa, who was working at the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, we booked this stay based on a previous visit and knowing there was a pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were not working. The kitchen was closed (we checked in a little early at 3pm, and that was for the entire day/night). The bar was also closed (Lisa, who worked the front desk, did offer to make drinks if we did want some since the bartender wasn't there.) There were zero amenities. We were also not offered...
