One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. "One of the best hotel lobbies I have seen- Places to lounge, divided spaces to work, a conference table and two large screen televisions (set on silent) - with the world cup games highlights the weekend I was there; the breakfast was amazing - some of the best chilequiles I have had anywhere! Great location as well walking distance - a few blocks to all the Pasadena Old Town shops and restaurants!"

We had to switch rooms 3 times first room no AC, second room TV wasn’t functioning, third room finally fully functioning but still just like the other rooms…. Very dusty and there were ants…staff is great but hotel owners and higher up management really need to either hire more people or change the way they’re doing things."

Just a slight request, it would be great if you would spray just a bit less of the air freshener. That being said, glad you are even adding air freshener. "Booked this hotel since it had a pool so my kids could swim. The pool is just a few feet deep and no longer than 7-8 ft long. You couldn’t swim if you wanted to. It’s also right in the middle of the dirty parking lot where a bunch of people were smoking, despite the “No Smoking” signs. We cancelled the reservation immediately upon pulling in and went elsewhere."

"It is not a safe environment for anyone. Owner, manager, and supporting staff allow anyone off of the street just to meet their numbers. I was forced to stay the whole weekend of Friday June 5-8. Expedia spoke with the owner and I was allowed to leave on Monday June 8, 2026. Then because I gave them a bad review, they charged me for 5 whole days and I checked out very early on Monday June 8, 2026. "I originally booked the Greentree Pasadena Inn in November 2025 for June 2026 graduation because it looked cute, had free parking, grab-n-go breakfast, and a pool. Unfortunately, we arrived after 11pm from a late evening flight and the pool was completely torn up, piles of rubble all around the parking lot, and only a sketchy underground parking garage available. The hotel had been sold in April and was under construction and now called the Pasadena Inn at Old Town. The Pasadena Inn did not...

"Expedia recommended this place as a family-friendly place, but the room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and the pillowcases, towels, bedsheets, and bed cover were dirty. I don't understand why Expedia is not taking care of its customers, especially families."

"This place was organized appeared clean but there was hair in the bathroom the baseboards and walls were nasty in the bathroom also. The washing machine was out of order Shower was not very clean looking. Hopefully I won't have to stay there again. It was over priced no breakfast."
