"The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the evening snack time and drinks were a very nice addition"

"This place was filthy. Dirt in every corner. Ac not working well as the floor was sticky with humidity. Some strange substance like sticky spit on the bathroom counter. Urine stains on the toilet seat. Smelled like cigarette smoke. I could go on but you get the idea. "

"Minor issues: Coffee maker and coffee was poor for in-room, had to get a replacement, staff was great about it and took care of it quickly, The iron base was broke and leaked water, AC was awesome! Will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you!"

"Checked out two days early. Printer was down couldn't get a print out of the receipt. Was told they would email it to me still have not received an email with the bill. They still charged me for 4 days so they don't want to send the bill and explain why."

"The hotel could really use to clean the carpets. They look nasty. That’s the first thing you see when you walk into a hotel in the lobby and in the hall going to your room. That’s not a very good first impression. The staff did not come in and refreshed my room until the last night, and only after I ask. I was kind of disappointed. In the morning for the complementary breakfast, you had to ask for a banana and sometimes they did not have them. That’s a pretty simple item to keep in stock. Overall, for the money, I was disappointed. The location is very good."

"Hotel McCoy was a fun change from normal hotels. It has so many cute details, things to do plus the staff were very nice!"
