Hotel Murah di Heart of Missoula

"With no staff on site there was no way to get my questions answered. I tried the "contact us" feature, but never received a reply. The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete. Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably...

"The hotel seemed well managed and the staff were great. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, basic amenities. The breakfast was good. What travelers should be aware of is that the location is not downtown and the area feels a little sketchy. The biggest issue is the train tracks only a couple hundred feet from the hotel. "The staff were excellent and helpful! Everyone from the front desk to the cleaners and maintenance folks were great. But all in all the hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in- the hallway smells like homeless people were using it as an outhouse. Rodent traps everywhere- wish they would maintain the property- it feels like it’s on the brink of just being abandoned and demolished."

We went dinner, upon our return to the we discovered water all over the floor. When we contacted desk, they came to the room and stated they had been having problems with the shower. Their comment about the problem “ we can’t get someone in until Monday took at it” their solution , wrap a towel around the leaky faucet handle. As a result we listened to the shower...
