"We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great location. It’s clean. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is super attentive and the rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Sadly this time the property had a couple of issues. One elevator wasn’t working and the second elevator that was available was very slow, would skip floors, buttons weren’t working properly, we resorted to using the stairs. "Horrible experience. We booked 10 days premium room. The first night we smelled a very bad odor all night long making me nauseated. There was damage to the ceiling in a corner and actual layers peeling off and gaps open. We told staff immediately the next morning we could not stay in that room and needed to be changed. We were told no rooms were available at that time. Every day we saw at least 8 rooms being cleaned on our floor alone. The hotel manager came in the room with no...
