"If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place. It’s beautiful & the staff is amazing. And by staff, I mean every single employee is so nice, courteous & asks if they can get you anything. Every time you leave the building & return, they say “welcome back.” So many personal touches…from a coffee bar on each floor to refreshing watermelon or pineapple water & apple caramel cookies in lobby. Different flavors daily. You’ll be surprised by how they will pamper you with a charcuterie plate, or a bottle of wine. And if that wasn’t enough they return with beverages & chocolates. I can’t say enough good things about The ZaZa. Go for yourself & take in this unique experience. "

"This was our first time staying at Kozy Houston and we had a great experience. The property was well kept and was located in a safe area. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy!
