"Unforgettable experience. Great atmosphere and excellent services (friendly and professional). Especially I want to mention Jose Mari was outstanding. Only caveat is that the location is not necessarily convenient to access to the old town. But if you are happy to walk or take Uber, it is completely acceptable. Overall, I would like to come back to Villa Soro, if I have chance to visit Basque region again."

"The breakfast prices are a little crazy."

"Exceeded all my expectations! The Hotel has a charm like no others i have stayed in while touring around Spain. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and well maintained."

"Upgraded to a suite. Helpful staff. Good breakfast."

"El dormitorio es lindo muy moderno y el baño también. El restaurante 100 puntos, lo único que no me gustó fue el café del dormitorio que es café instantáneo horrible. Si les recomiendo que pongan una cafetera con cápsula eso ya sería vivir en el cielo me encantó el hotel."

"Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal."

Charming old fashioned elevator (that sometimes sticks mid floor). Not so good: Very noisy. Most uncomfortable bed 'Ive ever slept in. Turned back the bed to find dirty linens in poor shape. Crack in the wall from baseboard to ceiling, handbar in shower broken off and not repaired, hair conditioner dispenser broken off and not replaced/repaired, chair in room...
