"Half used/half empty body washes. I went to the front desk to ask for a new body wash bottle & literally the front desk person handed me another half empty bottle. I questioned it & he stood firm. I paid for this room, it wasn’t free & they were pinching every product like toilet paper, paper towel, tissue box. I told the same front desk person that both phones in the room didn’t work, he never followed up & no one ever came to see about the dead phones or attempt to repair. We were given stained towels as replacements. Some had yellow stains, some black. Quite disgusting when you can obviously see that they need to invest in new towels. The room curtain was dirty. The iron board is trash. It couldn’t stand on its own. Not worth it. "

"First off the staff was very friendly and accommodating! BUT! Was very disappointed in the property and room cleanliness. DID NOT HOLD UP TO HILTON STANDARDS! AT ALL! The pool was unmaintained, my kids didn’t even want to swim in it because it was dirty. They charge for parking? There was grease stains all over one of the head boards in my room. The room smelled of mildew and dog danger. Just really disappointed in our stay to enjoy the Space Center. Way over charged for what you get. For the amount you pay per night this should have been a better experience. "

"Ocean view was not the best. Was on the 5th floor and you see the roof of the lobby building, which it’s not a big deal, but does need some cosmetic improvements. Also the floors in the room was very dirty, I had to wipe down the entire room with wipes just so that we could walk barefoot. There were two times where we were chasing a large size cockroach around the room, had to move beds to to kill them and noticed so much dust under the beds. One day had housekeeping come in to make the beds and change towels, but only one bed was made. My mother who was with me on the trip is currently recovering from a broken arm and it’s almost impossible to sleep on the bed. I researched the hotels website and saw that there was a single sleeper sofa available and offered in other rooms, so I called front desk and told them my situation and was told there was no such thing available and was not given any other options. Mother had to sleep on chair the entire trip. Was charged over the original price and no explanation of it was given. I would like my money back!. I left the room in better condition that it was given to me as I had to pretty much mop the entire floor with wipes. Also, we did not even used the coffee provided. On the good side: Food from restaurant in lobby was pretty good and staff were friendly. Also, Nikki from the kids activity room was super nice and friendly. "

"Room is very cramped. Bathroom looks dirty, like really needing a deep cleaning. Toilet took 5-8 flushes to free debris from bowl. Refrigerator didn't work (although it was replaced on th3 second day. Room wasn't ready for well over an hour after check-in. Only one elevator functioning and had to share it with maintenance and housecleaning most of the time. I think it is safe to say that I won't be staying here again."

"Met basic need. I was concerned when I found a nail clipper inside the sheets of the bed during night. Not sure the sheets are actually getting changed. "
