The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The air condition was perfect.

Hampton Inn Helen
The room was good except the desk was not really clean, and dust. The stairway was not clean/dirty and foul smelling. The parking lot under the building was not clean too. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Enjoyed staying in for a night!

Breakfast is standard prepackaged fare. Nutella packs were loved by the kids. Room was clean with spare blankets. Housekeeping checked in daily.

Very clean room. Beds were extremely comfortable. The 4 pillows per bed are much appreciated. Makes a world of a sleep difference.
