"We enjoyed our stay at the Golden Tulip. It was very clean and well maintained. It was convenient for us visiting relatives as it was halfway to their place and train station plus within walking distance to a gelato place, the Helmond Castle, a Catholic church, coffee shops, Hema store and Jumbo (supermarket. The air conditioning was welcome with the high temperatures. The room was spacious for two adults. I am not a fan of the bathrooms with half door, but the bathroom was large enough. The one negative was no air conditioning in restaurant so we did not eat there. There was a restaurant around the corner that had Italian food and we were able to order ice water."
