When we arrived at the hotel at nigh we could't get into the hotel. We had to stay outside in the cold for almost 1 hour and half because nobody were present to attend us. We had to call and if you don't have a phone to call your will stay out!

Wij vonden het een prima hotel. 2 nachten gelogeerd. Kamers niet supergroot maar voldoen aan alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hebben ons er welkom gevoeld.

Goedemiddag Aad,Hartelijk dank voor het plaatsen van uw review, dit waarderen wij zeer. Recent ( een maand geleden ) hebben wij alle kamers op de tweede verdieping voorzien van nieuwe bed achterwanden. En wellicht dat er nog meer vernieuwingen op komst zijn. Friendly staff/ single room with no air conditioner as advertised and no fridge, not comfortable overall. Not quite impressive with the breakfast either.

Goedemiddag Marouf,Hartelijk dank voor uw recensie op Expedia en dank voor het compliment voor mijn medewerkers. Alleen ik begrijp niet dat u geen airco had op de kamer. Het complete hotel is voorzien van airco, zelfs in de keuken. Ons ontbijt bestaat uit een continentaal ontbijt, daar kan ik helaas niets aan veranderen. Ik hoop u zo voldoende te hebben geïnformeerd.Mvg.Joop Boers

Double Booking Nightmare
The hotel called us the day before our 2 bookings and said they were canceling our reservations due to double booking. We had already stayed 2 nights but forced us to leave losing the 3rd and 4th nights. Room was noisy due to construction. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs all the time. And on the nights they say they were double booked there were still vacancies showing on the search sites. Everyone else was full so we were forced to sleep in the car.

Locatie top, hartje centrum. Prima bedden. Zeeeer gehorig, zowel voor geluid dat van buiten komt, maar ook voor geluid van de kamer ernaast/(schuin)onder. Draaikiep-systeem van beide ramen was kapot, waardoor we niet zelf het raam konden openen/sluiten.

The hotel was located in the very center of Helmond, which might be good for tourism but not for a business trip. We hardly managed to find the parking lot that is like 500 m far from the hotel and carrying luggages all the way from the parking lot to the hotel was a disaster. As it is located in the center, there is no access to the area nearby by car, it is all pedestrian way. The room was very outdated and even though it looked okay in the pictures, actually it was very very ugly. We were there only for one night so it was bearable for a single night.

Goedemiddag, Allereerst hartelijk dank voor uw bezoek aan ons hotel. Het spijt mij dat u een vervelende ervaring heeft met ons hotel. Het klopt, het hotel ligt midden in het centrum, maar de parkeergarage bevind zich op 3 minuten loopafstand van het hotel. U kunt ook met de auto bij het hotel komen om in te checken, alleen moet u daarna wel de auto in de parkeergarage parkeren of gewoon in de buurt van het hotel, er zijn voldoende parkeergelegenheden en deze zijn gratis van 19.00 uur tot 08.30. In 2018-2019 zijn alle kamers gemoderniseerd, wel jammer dat het u is tegen gevallen. Toch hoop ik u in de toekomst te mogen begroeten. Check in was ok. You have to go in to a restaurant to do that... On the way to the room you pass all the other rooms that aren't finished yet. The room itself feels very sterile and you feel like you're in a constitution. Heating was off when i got to the room so it was freezing. So was the bathroom. A proper word to describe the bathroom would be creepy. Feels like you're in a horror movie. When the next door neighbor uses the shower it makes a lot of noise within the walls. There's an air condition in the room which also makes a lot of noise. Otherwise everything seemed clean and room service is so kind to let the window stay open throughout the day so when you get back you're greeted with some nice cold air in the middle of january.... No view out the window btw... If you want to waste money this is the hotel for you. Extremely pricey considering what you get...

Raimon, I am very sorry that you have experienced a bad experience at our hotel. it is true that the rooms are small and indeed, the last 3 rooms are currently being renovated and will be delivered next Sunday. I am sorry you were affected by that. If I had known, you would have been given a different room. At the beginning of February the stairwell will be refurbished and then everything will be neat and tidy again. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. One of the worst hotel stays I have had. Check in was okay, however once I got to my room, there were markings all up the wall, sticky bathroom floor, dirty carpets and a broken TV. I went back to reception to request a room change, and this was denied because, "there was nothing wrong with my room". The owner called me a liar, without even checking the room. He said he would send someone to my room. 20 minutes later, someone came to my room to inspect and they agree with me on everything and told the owner. The owner then said he didn't have any other rooms available and they were completely full. I understood and asked for a small refund as a sweetner for me to continue to stay in the hotel, this aggravated the owner and he said no continuously. I had no other choice but to sleep in the room, although I had to buy a sleeping bag as I did not feel clean in staying on the bed. I will never return to this hotel whilst under the current management.

Hallo Matthew, Het klopt dat de tv niet werkte, hetgeen ik niet kon oplossen omdat er geen winkels open waren om een nieuwe te kopen. De volgende ochtend ben ik zelf gaan kijken en bleek de stekker niet in het stopcontact te zitten. En inderdaad, wij zaten volgeboekt. Volgens mij heeft u een compensatie aan de kok gevraagd en niet aan mij, anders had u die gekregen. Ik vind het prima dat u nooit meer terugkomt, maar alstublieft, vertel geen fabeltjes.

Geachte gast, Helaas zijn onze kamers op de 1e verdieping kleiner als op onze 2e etage, waardoor wij geen koelkast kunnen plaatsen op onze kamers. Echter zijn wij maar een 2 sterren hotel waardoor wij geen nachtreceptie hebben. We zijn bezig met het renoveren van onze kamers en zullen het zeker meenemen wat betreft de stopcontacten. Fine for a couple of night's business trip
Stayed one night in a single room. Room was clean and self contained. WiFi is good and breakfast was ok (I did come towards the end of service tbh so naturally fewer choices), staff were friendly, good restaurant options outside hotel, and walking distance to the station - all I needed for a short business trip. Only downside is the church bell next door that goes off every 25 mins though not between 9pm and 8am.

Hôtel bien placé, propre et accueillant
Le personnel a été accueillant à mon arrivée, bien que tardive. Mauvaise surprise en rentrant toutefois dans la chambre, la pièce était très froide, mais le problème a été rapidement résolu. Le lit a été très confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux.

Prima voor een paar nachtjes. Ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid, maar de mogelijkheid voor diverse lekkere koffiesoorten maakte veel goed.
