The location isn’t fantastic, there are better places to stay for similar prices. The majority of staff seemed apathetic and unhappy - it was disheartening considering the price of the hotel to not even get a smile.
The lighting situation is horrendous in the rooms, they are so complicated to figure out that a guide has had to be printed and included in the room.
The lights and power in my room ceased to work after the first night (lights were stuck on and all PowerPoints were off) and nobody was available to able to come and look until the following day - thankfully I was able to move rooms instead of waiting.
The bar is incredibly expensive, as is the wellness/spa area and services provided.
Frankly my friends and I, who had paid significant amounts of money to stay at what we thought would be a nice hotel, left disappointed and refused to spend any extra money on additional services (such as breakfast, drinks, etc) and instead spent our money elsewhere.
The aesthetic of the rooms is really nice, they are well styled and my room was cleaned well.
