"We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too. "The hotel is really local to everything - we booked a petite room and it was definitely small, but very comfortable. Close to a lot of shops, museums and the royal albert hall. Would definitely visit again."

"It's nice location with good facilities and unique approach. However I noticed drop in the services in comparison with my visit last year. For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it."
