"Shame on Expedia for featuring such a misleading listing. This is a 4-story walkup tenement rooming house, not a hotel. Expedia does not disclose the fact that there is no elevator, no staff on the premises and it’s exceptionally confusing to enter the property. The address says 1st Avenue; the door is heavily graffitied and locked and you must go around the corner to a different address and there is no way to know that except for a tiny sign obscured by the graffiti. "Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout.
