For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing

The staff at this location were entirely unhelpful. Lines piled up at the front desk regularly with no attempt to help triage needs or really any acknowledgement of the delay. 7A Ranch
It was comfortable, but AC wasn’t very cool. Property that was displayed on Expedia was much nicer than what we ended up with.
