"A little understaffed (went in for check in and nobody was at the front desk, other guests already waiting to check in, tried the front bell but apparently it was broken; finally had to call the hotel’s front desk number and tell them we were in the next room waiting to get registered). Other than that issue, everything else was fine. Accommodations were clean, tidy, efficient. Property was quiet and enjoyed the pool facilities. Free breakfast was fine and filling, good value. "This was our first stay at this location as we were in town for a family members funeral in Amherst. Upon arrival and check in (Friday evening 10/24/25) things went very smoothly, and the front desk attendant who's name I have forgotten, was extremely pleasant and helpful! Our room was very clean and neat upon entering and we were very pleased with the layout of it. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at this location! "Location is excellent off of the expressway. Check in was awesome. They were very nice. The beds were great although I think they were only full size but we had got a suite with two beds and the couch. I would definitely stay here again passing through town it was comfortable, clean and safe for an overnight. The breakfast was decent. Something to get you on the road something warm, hot breakfast and cold breakfast. The hotel was very clean "
