"Spacious clean and well maintained bedrooms at the Quay. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast has a lot of choice and is very good. We didn’t use the spa so I’ve no comment to add."

"Everything about the hotel was first class. Nothing to criticise. We will be using the hotel always from now on, when we visit Llandudno. The only thing I was surprised about was the charge for the car park. Luckily it didn't apply to me as I have a blue badge."

"No heating in room.
Left with two (2) portable heaters, food poor quality frozen food, cheap and not well prepared. Car park way to expensive, how can a hotel have no heating, I wasn’t the only guest that complained over very poor two nights stay . 1 * and am being fair given 1 * ."

"My son and I had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and the owner was lovely. Thank you. Just a warning that we did have an adjoining shared toilet next to our room, with thin walls, meaning we could hear every body that used it and the smell in the room sometimes wasn't very pleasant due to this."
