Lighting in room awful, struggled to apply make up room was a bit neglected woodwork cracked and un kept .
Location was good
Also breakfast was expensive didn’t realise it was cheaper if paid on line"
"A deeply frustrating day. Excessive noise due to parties on 2 of my 3 nights and even more so with very disruptive children ruining my final night by poor behaviour (banging on doors, banging, running in the corridors, knocking on my door). Hotel staff did not act properly to sort, despite informing them. Offered me a refund to apologise that they are now appear to trying to step back from."
