"My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. Overall I think the housekeeper cut corners and didn’t change the bed lining nor vaccum etc. When I called front desk it felt like I was bothering them and the back and forth felt frustrating. "The hotel is located in a very quiet area with good shopping options and the beds were extremely comfortable!"

"Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !"

"You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great! "
