"Arrived early and inquired about early check-in options. I was willing to pay the $25 fee for 2 hours early, but the lady at the front desk was rude and said it was $50. I also requested a 1st floor room since they only have stairs, and she was rude about that and said she couldn’t switch rooms since they were already assigned. I have a bad knee which makes stairs difficult, but I managed. Other staff on subsequent days were great, and polite. Our room keys stopped working and they were quick to fix it. The room itself was nice and as expected. Beds were comfortable. The hotel sits just outside of town so there were no noise issues or heavy traffic around. There’s a nice outdoor seating area that offers a place to relax and chat with friends. "

"Absolutely amazing place to stay in Tombstone. The renovations are amazing highlighting the history of the town. I love the QR codes scattered through the room to give you a truly immersive experience. It has modern amenities like a smart tv, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, cold remote controlled AC, HOT showers and a keypad entry (no keys to loose) without taking away from the old west feel. The staff are super nice! Props to Fred who lives on the property and is available even after the main office closes. It's located one block away from Allen Street with all the attractions so you can walk to everything. Highly recommended if you are visiting Tombstone Arizona."

"The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was actually a really nice layout. Everything was clean. It is definitely an older property though, the air conditioning units were kind of falling apart. But they worked which is nice. The only two things I would criticize was that the hot water was hit and miss in the shower, and the property is just in a bad location with lots of sketchy people running around in the parking lot. That's not their fault, but if you're looking for something a little quieter and safer, I would recommend someplace else. All in all, thanks to the friendly staff and the nice layout of the room, I would stay here again."
