Returning to ski again in March 2025 after first time visit in Jan. Location is convenient with a short (steep) walk up to the red slope and bus outside to the blue slope. The ski shop is on ground floor. Apartments are new and very very warm.
Good place to stay for skiers, ski shop at lower ground and ski slope (up steep hill) very close by. You can ski-in and out. The access to the ski room and slope should be improved for safety (too steep to get up and down steel stairs). Apartment is nice, clean, good size with gorgeous views. Bus stop to and from Sion station is right outside the entrance.
Swisspeak was a great resort and I'm glad I stayed here! Jose and Evgenia were amazing and made sure I had everything I needed! I can't wait to go back!
I stayed in this property with families, the first day check in one of our room the toilet smell very bad that we had to move to another room , one of another families check in with full of hair on the bed sheet . Although everything in the room such as toilet paper, clean towels ,dishes washer tablets ,coffee capsules ….. need to charge if you want additional.
We stayed in this property five nights with families, the worst experience ever had . This property has limited front desk service limited hour restaurant service( no breakfast) daily housekeeping with charge, clean towels extra charge even toilet paper need to charge . Although when you check out need to wash all the dishes put it back to where it was and remove all the bed sheets and dispose the trash….. basically everything in the room you need to purchase if you want additional. The interesting part is that all the above services were included the commendation and yet the property made the guests do the work.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The reception was only partially staffed.
The staff were incredibly arrogant.
You are expected to clean the room yourself at check-out, but all the cleaning supplies have to be purchased by yourself.
A strange concept – the price-performance ratio does not add up (€400–500 per night).
Trash bags, laundry tabs, coffee pads, towels – everything comes at an extra cost.
However, the location was good and the room facilities were satisfactory.
The ski rental in the building is very well organized, convenient, and hassle-free.
At the ski rental, you also get good recommendations if you need a ski instructor; we had Jenja and were extremely satisfied.
