Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und gepflegte 4-Betten-Suite mit Balkon. Obwohl wir schon um 09:00 Uhr da waren, konnten wir sofort auf die Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Strand ist in 5 min fussläufig erreichbar. Jeden Morgen gab es ab 07:30 Uhr ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück das sehr appetitlich angerichtet ist. Wir können das kleine, aber sehr feine Hotel Arte Vita bestens empfehlen. Eine sehr gute Adresse die wir uns merken werden!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zum Strand, zur Promenade und zur Seebrücke war es nur einen Katzensprung. Beim Frühstück war für alle etwas Dabei. Was sehr hervorzuheben ist, ist die Sauberkeit im Hotel. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

An sich ist das Hotel in Ordnung, Zimmer und öffentliche Räume waren sauber. Im Garten sitzt man sehr schön. Die Größe des Hotels ist angenehm. Mein Zimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war mir persönlich zu weich - und viel wichtiger, zu eng, weshalb ich auch für Einzelpersonen ein Doppelzimmer empfehle. Das Zimmer an sich, auch das Bad, war ausreichend groß. Die Duschkabine war zwar nicht einwandfrei (schwarze Schmutzablagerungen im unteren Bereich der Duschtür) aber sehr groß. Zu erwähnen ist, dass der Lärmpegel nachts bei offenem Fenster (keine Klimaanlage, keine Fliegengitter) auf der Gartenseite recht hoch ist: zum einen durch Gäste, die durch den Garten kommen und gehen (auch: Gartentor), durch Gäste, die sich im Garten bis spät "unterhalten" und durch den Autolärm (eigentlich ruhige Straße, aber Kreuzung in Hanglage, Baustellenfahrzeuge frühmorgens, usw.). Weiterhin zog leider ständig der Zigarettenqualm der im Garten rauchenden Gäste ins Zimmer. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Insgesamt war das Hotel für mich ausreichend, wenn auch für den Preis von über 100 Euro pro Nacht im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für mich persönlich etwas zu teuer.

Gutes Hotel, nettes Personal

Super Hotel, nur leider nichts für ältere Leute, wenn man ohne Auto dort ist. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Kulm, dem einzigsten Berg bei Heringsdorf. Von der Seebrücke für ein sehr steiler Weg zum Hotel.

Es war alles bestens von der Austattung über das tolle Frühstück bis hin zur Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotel-Crew. Auch der Preis ist nicht zu toppen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht bei Ihnen. Schade, dass es im Hause keinen Aufzug gibt, denn in den 2. Stock mit schwerer Tasche und lädiertem Knie ist nicht so lustig.

gute Lage in Strandnähe

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in Strandnähe und in der Nähe zur Strandpromenade. Auch die Seebrücke ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Besonders gut war die Vielfalt und Menge des Frühstücks.

Gelebte Freundlichkeit

Ein Hotelteam welches den Job scheinbar gerne macht. So viel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit selten erlebt. Sauberkeit im Zimmer wie im ganzen Hotel top. Frühstück sehr gut. Als man mitbekam dass ein Gast einnen runden Geburtstag hatte wurde gratuliert und Sekt bereitgestellt. In einer Nebenstraße aber wenige Meter zum Strand. Gerne wieder.

Sauber, freundlich, top!

Ich habe sehr spontan einen Tag vor Ankunft gebucht und bin total begeistert. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauberes Hotel, ruhige Lage und ein wirklich sehr sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehle es weiter!

Schönes Frühstückshotel in guter Lage.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick von einem der beiden Balkone, einer davon war möbeliert.. Das nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt der Ostsee zu sehen war, störte uns nicht. Vom Hotel brauchten wir zur Promenade und zum Strand ca 5 Minuten und ins Zentrum von Heringsdorf ca. 10 Minuten. Das Zimmer war groß, mit guten Betten und einem großen Flachbildschirm-TV, sowie Schreibtisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken war ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Angenehm fanden wir auch, das geheizt werden konnee, das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vorm feinsten. Wahlweise gab es frisch zubereitet, Rührei oder Spiegelei. Das Personal war stets freundlichen und Hilfsbereit. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein Automat, an dem gegen Münzeinwurf diverse Getränke und kleine Snaks gezogen werden können. Außerdem stehen in einem großen Kühlschrank weitere Getränke bereit. Die Abrechnung entnommener Ge- tränke erfolgt bei der Abreise. Die Gebühr von 3 Euro für den Autoabstellplatz am Haus lohnt sich. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind meist ebenfalls gebührenpflichtig. Wir haben den Urlaub in zwei Hotels - jeweils eine Woche - verbracht. Das Arte Vita war das bessere. Der Abstellplatz am Haus kostet 3 Euro. Eine Ausgabe die sich lohnt, da öffentliche Parkplätze überwiegend ebenfalls gebührenpflichtig und weiter Entfernt vom Haus sind.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit Balkon und Ostseeblick. Parkplätze günstig und ausreichend vorhanden. Fahrradausleihe sehr unkompliziert. Schade, dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gibt. Nachteil zudem, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt.

Nettes kleines Hotel, die Anfahrt gestaltet sich etwas schwierig. Leider hatten wir nicht das abgebildete Zimmer bekommen, sondern eines mit einem sehr kleinen Doppelbett (eher ein 1 1/2 Schläfer) bekommen. War ärgerlich.

Nettes Hotel

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen so dass man sich von.der ersten Minute an wohl fühlte. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet als Plus empfand ich auch dass Rührei oder Spiegelei frisch je nach Wunsch zubereitet wurde. Alles in allem ein Hotel welches nett familiär geführt wird und weiter zu empfehlen ist. Das Hotel liegt zentral sowohl kurzer Weg zum Strand als auch zum Zentrum
