"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later.
Request the phone number of the driver in advance.
The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily.
Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...

"Zimmer war sauber. Personal wirkte gelangweilt bzw. genervt. Unser Zimmer war hofseitig und bei Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr warm. Trotz Ventilator und offenem Fenster war es trotzdem sehr warm. Einige Gäste waren bis spätabends noch lautstark durch die Gänge unterwegs"

"I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area."

"This aparthotel was an exceptional stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, very quiet (almost silent due to the courtyard blocking all street noise), well connected (2 metro lines and a tram stop at the entrance), and well appointed.
The staff helped with replenishing amenities as requested and were very responsive via email.
The bedding is excellent with soft and warm goose down covers and pillows that feel like clouds.
