"I've heard this hotel described as a 'best kept secret' sort of place, and I have to admit that my son and I did indeed have an amazing stay. It's a great space, located conveniently (we were there for Astros baseball), and the rates were not bad at all. A great option, and we'd stay there again if visiting downtown Houston."

"Had a stay booked after midnight. Front desk said they wouldn't accept my reservation. So I paid them directly to stay the night. Was not resolved so I paid for 2 nights to stay just one night at the property. No attempt was made by front desk to assist."

"This is not Four Seasons standard. I ordered a cake on Uber Eats and the reception wanted to charge me just to bring it up to the room from the reception. The rooms were ugly and so was the bathrooms. Zero luxury. The food was also terrible."

"I just did a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and the staff was super accommodating, from valet to check-out. Upon arrival, the young woman who checked me in gave me several choices on my room location (different floors, near the elevator or not, etc.) She was so nice and friendly. I had a little night cap at the bar before heading to my room and had a wonderful time! The bartender (Justin) was so great! He made my night. The burger on the menu surpassed my expectations too! Headed up...
