"The hotel is in convenient location. Close to the motorway, shops and some good restaurants. Room for 4 was spacious. Air con working fine, shower hot and clean bedding. There was quite a strong smell from bathroom, we run water into every waste thinking it may be a hot weather and room being empty for some time, but smell didn't disappear. No lift in the hotel, so luggage is your problem. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"

We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. "This Chateau is beautiful! Very well-maintained. Lots of great interior design touches. Jannick was super kind and helpful as our host. We would have loved to have stayed another day- the warm weather makes the beautiful grounds and pool especially inviting! 100% would recommend staying here! Closeness to Vimy Ridge memorial made it a great place to stay as well!"
