"The hotel was ok but when making my reservation, I noticed that a wheelchair accessible room, for the five nights I would be there would cost an additional $400 and that is terrible. I was not going to pay extra for being wheelchair dependent for something that was never my fault. The room size was TOTALLY the same but this hotel, unlike others I’ve stayed in, wants to charge more for that, for no reason. It’s just bad. "We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and courteous and very helpful when needed. It’s true that the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the guest computer, but that’s OK. in general, I would definitely consider visiting again and recommend others."

"The hotel was fine for the one night I stayed, but no more. In the room was a very loud-blowing cooling/heating unit. Nothing was adjustable, not even turning off or down the fan. The doors to the bathroom were French doors, which was an odd construction for the space. The paint from the doors was chipped and worn. "Amazing resort feeling at this hotel but sadly pool wasn’t open which I had known. Very clean and only downfall was the horrible dial up internet speed which made me feel like I’m staying in farm land. FYI Internet speed was at the most 5mbps"

"The room was clean. I was in an existential crisis and the staff were so nice and understanding and curators. I was a mess and they were so nice. I’m so thankful hit for only them but also the free transit to the airport/ shuttle service. The driver was so personable and relatable and cute. Glad i chose to stay there during a hard period of time"

"Hello, I stayed here for an extended weekend and it was great. Joe at the bar was so kind during the happy hour and just any time we saw him while on the property. Lucia L at coffee bar and the breakfast area went out of her way to make my coffee each morning and it was perfect. She was so kind to me and my friend. "One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...

"The staff were very friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was always someone available to replenish items as needed. I never had an issue finding parking during my stay. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!"
