"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"Very clean room. It was great to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. My only suggestion would be a couple vegan/ dairy free options. The quinoa/oatmeal was good but not mixed sufficiently and dry oats in part of it."

"Conveniently located just a few minutes walking to the Sky Train station (New Westminster station, Expo Line). Has pretty much everything you need in walking distance and if you want to head downtown, it’s easy to hop into the Sky Train. Staff are lovely."

"Loved the location of The Met. Parking across the street was handy. The room was great, no complaints. It is too bad that there is not an unloading zone out front. The Westminster Pier Park was an easy walk and a great place relax after travelling all day. There is a Sky Train Station is a couple of blocks away so the city is easily accessible. I would recommend staying at The Met."

"Good location. Nice and quiet, spacious room. Comfy bed, kitchenette is nice to have. No cable but has Google TV. Unfortunately though, no USB charging ports in suite so remember your cube! Snacks and coffee available but no milk or coffee mate for coffee. Gave same feedback about the little things to staff on site so might be different next time. Overall, excellent stay. Will stay again."

"The pics on the website give the impression of a high end hotel when this is definitely not the case! Area was shady, reception gave the impression of a no-tell motel! Room was clean but adequate, if you need a lower priced bed it's fine, but for the price there are better options out there."

"No where in the description was it mentioned that this was a personal home that is shared with the host family. It was confusing getting into the property, and the shared spaces did not feel welcoming since there was personal belongings of the family scattered around. The property was clean and well maintained, it was just a surprise to us that it was a personal home. The shower was funky with a 40" circular shower with a 12" shower head. There was no where to actually get out of the water...

"From what I saw, not really a hotel, more of a boarding house. Hotel cancelled my Expedia reservation without informing me, then put me in a windowless room with shared common area and bathroom. It was clean and quiet, but not remotely what I was expecting. The room had no amenities, with literal metal folding chairs as the only furnishings other than the bed. I was not issued a receipt, and was not charged what I expected based on my Expedia reservation. The main hotel entrance area looked...
