"Left a lot to be desired. Once we got off the elevator you could smell odor eliminator in large quantities. I figure it was just the hallways. Not a change went into the room and same smell. Very chemically the room was very outdated and looked nothing like the pictures. I can get past that. Did my normal pull back the covers and there are private hairs. I chose at that point to just leave. I will say the lobby is well maintained."

"I had problems with my check in, Valery put me and my husband in the wrong room and it was smelling smoke. Thankfully the other 2 girls were super nice and understanding. They helped us to change the room and I really appreciate them."
