"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it.
