The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the access to a pool a beach, although the direct beach access was rocky. Good sunset views and each access to various cafes along the beach. The sauna and steam room were easy to book and clean. Plenty of buffet options. Way too much smoking and vaping at the beach and the pool. I wish there was a non-smoking section. The gym equipment could use updating.

Super modern hotel with stylish rooms. Very friendly staff and top service everywhere. Rooms and all hotel facilities are in top condition and also super clean. There was a big and tasty variety of foods served in the main restaurant and it was always re-filled. Only critique is that as it was kept warm it wasn't that hot. The beach area is nice, but not too big, so that the sunbeds stand quite close to each other. There are also too less sunbeds so that you really have to reserve one early in the morning, a thing I usually never do. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the I Resort, and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was exceptional. The view of the room was amazing. The hotel itself was very modern and clean. The sea view from the pool was outstanding and also it has an easy access to the beach. I would definitely suggest staying at this resort.

The hotel is very nice and located in a very central area of Stalida. The pool is beautiful and the see is right there. The breakfast is to die for. The only improvement would be to have hotter coffee. Highly recommend this hotel.

Eine gute Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln im Detail: - Es gibt beim Frühstück ausschließlich Filterkaffee, der in einer Karaffe vom Personal gebracht wird; - Die Toiletten“tür“ im Zimmer ist immer einen großen Spalt offen, sodass man im Zimmer alles hören kann; - das Shampoo und Duschgel wird nicht hinreichend verlässlich im Zimmer aufgestellt; - es befanden sich Ameisen auf dem Fußboden - es laufen am Pool jeden Tag die gleichen Lieder. Davon abgesehen kann das Hotel aber auch in vielerlei Hindicht überzeugen, insbesondere: - die Aussicht ist top, gerade auch beim Essen, - der Pool ist groß mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer, - das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt. Ob einem das am Ende das Geld wert ist, kann jeder selbst entscheiden.

Ich war alleine als Frau unterwegs und habe mich im und ums Hotel sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Es hat alles gepasst. Der Transfer mit Taxi vom Flughafen wurde im Vorfeld vom Hotel organisiert und man hatte mich schon erwartet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit traumhafter Meersicht. Schade war, dass ich in meinem Zimmer keine Sonne auf dem Balkon hatte. Alles war sehr sauber. Leider war das Wasser im Swimming Pool kalt, um einige Grade kälter als das Meer, so dass ich diesen wunderbaren Pool nur einmal benutzt habe. Was ich als störend empfand war der Umstand, dass die Lüftung in der Toilette ununterbrochen lief. Einerseits störte es etwas meinen Schlaf andererseits empfand ich es Umwelt technisch als Unsinn. Ich habe mich vergewissert, dass es kein Defekt sondern Normalzustand war. Das Bett war wunderbar eine super Matratze von guter Qualität. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und die Sicht aufs Meer vom Frühstücksraum aus war grandios. Der Service war so herzlich, danke Emmanouela und Rondoula für die kurzen Gespräche jeden Morgen Ihr ward mein Sonnenschein!! Ich habe 2 wunderbare Kretische Massagen genossen auch hier ein Top Service. Danke dem ganzen Team. Alles in allem habe ich mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Preis für Alleinreisende entspricht praktisch dem Preis für 2 Personen daher war es für mich alleine ein relativ teurer Urlaub aber er war es wert!!

Les plus: Hôtel très bien, la literie, la machine à café et les bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner parfait. Le personnel dans l' ensemble agréable. Un plus serait qu'il y ait quelqu'un qui parle francais à l'accueil. Petit bémol, difficile de trouver quelque chose à manger au bar de la piscine si on n'a pas la formule hall inclusive.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’hôtel offre de bonnes prestations, le personnel est aux petits soins, le respect des règles sanitaires est super, et la localisation très bien. Dommage que les buffets soient rangés quelques minutes avant la fin du créneau pour le dej, dîner et que le nombre de transat soit tout juste.

Amazing hotel, room, staff, view, pool and beach

I RESORT HOTEL AND SPA is the best choice if you want to visit CRETE and have an unforgettable memory. The staff is amazingly professional, kind and helpful (a big thank to Themis, Emmanouil and the whole team!). The view is spectacular, the food at the restaurant is good, the pool is very nice and the beach as well. I highly recommend this hotel to visit this beautiful Island. By renting a car, you can visit VAI Beach (2 hours by car) and the Western beaches of BALOS & ELAFONISSI (I recommend 2 days, in order to really these places).

Carefree beach vacation

Our stay was just perfect and all we wanted: a place in the sun directly on the beach. Super friendly personnel, very helpful and charming. When you arrive, the first you get is a welcome drink - so vacation starts right away. Good food with great variety every evening. Corona precautions were well observed, so you can really feel safe there. Unexpectedly we got a room upgrade because of the two separate beds we had ordered. What a nice surprise! There is also bus station just 5 min away, so you can go to Heraklion for a day trip, it takes about one hour. The street in front of the hotel is very very touristic but nonetheless you can find good quality products like olive oil. There is also a good choice of (touristic) restaurants and bars (i can recommend the beachcomber for high quality cocktails, about 5 min walking distance). But as said: When you're up for a beach vacation with good quality to a fair price - that's your choice. Going into the sea is quite easy because it stays very flat for a long time. Thanks to the whole team, especially to Emanuela and the Manager (whose name i unfortunately forgot, but he was there literally everyday). I wish the hotel team just the best to withstand the current crisis. In the end we even got a small bottle of olive oil to take home :)

Super Hotel und Strand. Kleines minus beim WLAN. Das funktioniert nur im Zimmer. Außerdem gibt es keine Haken für die Handtücher im Bad.

We've been upgraded without any additional cost from junior sweet room to a private pool sweet. The service was outstanding. All of the hotel crew were nice and lovely! Nice and comfortable swimming pools and private beach. The food was delicious and varied. Nice location, very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Only 10-15 minutes walking distance from Malia. The sweet with the private room was just great! Two televisions with two private WiFi networks that synced with Youtube app on mobile which can be played in TV. Also built-in Bluetooth music system in the room. Recommended!

Propreté impeccable dans la chambre, néanmoins dans les communs, les tables ne sont pas débarrassées et nettoyées assez rapidement. Les toilettes communs peuvent être vraiment sales (surtout le soir). Mettre du personnel pour le ménage en plus le soir

Schöner Infinitypool.Gute Lage mit schönem Ausblick aus Restaurant und Bar.Direkt am Strand.Freundliches Personal. In unserem Zimmer war leider die Badewanne nicht durchdacht (schwerer Einstieg,stets überschwemmt ohne Wasserablauf,kein Duschvorhang).Flughafenlounge vorhanden und gut ausgestattet .
