Hotel murah di Het Bunder

"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. Bit of a pain if you have lots of luggage as the current entrance is down some steep stairs and a bit of a walk from the car park. Car park was free (maybe due to the building works going on?) "The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."
