"The staff at Maxim are professional and attentive. The lobby and lounge area is bright, well-lit, and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent in every way. "Most of the staff were very helpful. The gentleman, I believe his name was Ron was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. However, when I went to checkout this morning the lady insisted I owed money. I knew I didn't and she argued with me, most unprofessional of her. She then found out that I had indeed paid for everything. She offered no apology after she argued with me"
