"I enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean, beautiful and well maintained. I had a bad experience with a night check in person that was rude and unpleasant other than that I had no issues with anyone else or anything. Other than that one issue, I enjoyed my stay."

"I liked the location of the hotel. Rooms overall were fine, but on the smaller side. The cleaning could use improvement or more attention to detail. For example there were some red stains on the shower curtain and a sock under the mattress. But I felt comfortable and safe there. No sign of bed bugs, which is a major concern of mine when traveling. Would stay again."

"Very convenient area probably would book again just for that. It’s less than A 5 minute walk from Times Square which is soooo nice. The hotel itself is okay it’s not bad but it’s what you should expect for a New York hotel at the price it is. First room we got was not good at all and had lights hanging out of the wall but the staff helped us get another room after providing photos. "The hotel lobby area is nice and includes a sitting room with tv that is set apart from the check in counter, a bar area/small restaurant and casual seating. The hotel rooms are expensive, are very small with minimal and outdated amenities."

"Elegant decor right in the middle of the Garment District. Lots to do within walking distance and a short walk to the metro. Loved it!"
