"Very outdated hotel. Charged for a smoking fee when I don’t smoke at all and told them it was probably my hair tool releasing smoke into the air. They told me they were going to charge me their fee anyways. Could not get in contact with anyone upon leaving "

"Here for a wedding in Central Park. Great location for that. The couple getting married requested we stay here. I love boutique hotels but this one was lacking many of the amenities you’d expect for a boutique hotel. Too many to list. There are other hotels near the location that I wish we had considered instead."

"The location of the hotel was excellent and easily the best part of the stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do, including the metro, Times Square, restaurants, and shows, which made getting around very convenient. The room itself was very clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the small touches like complimentary water bottles. We also had a nice view, which added to the overall comfort of the room. That said, despite the great location and cleanliness, I probably wouldn’t stay...
