"The Hotel itself is just beautiful and worth 4 stars.Close to the airport and Beauvais town.Two eateries on the site Buffalo Grill,which is highly reccomended and MacDonald's.You can reach town by foot and the airport if haven't got heavy luggage and weather conditions allow.There is very nice bar at hotel with access to the rear garden.Rooms are spacious,with good beds and bedlinen, good lighting,plenty of sockets,very quiet.Perfect air conditioning.Bathroom has all you need even bath tube.Breakfast was beautiful,big variety for Continental Breakfast except coffee machine was out of order that morning,but when asked the receptionist she has brought me my coffee.So,you have to ask for hot water to make a cup of tea or coffee,otherwise seems nobody cares. Have stayed here 3 years ago and didn't have any problem with booking a Taxi.During this stay the receptionist has failed to call a Taxi to the airport despite when asked during check-in she made me sure there wouldn't be a problem.And in the morning it looked that this is fully guest's responsibility."

"Great, if a little more expensive than I had expected. Great check in, really friendly and helpful staff - and at breakfast. Room was quiet and clean but there was a powerful smell that suggested previous occupants had smoked. The smell was pervading and making gut have been something else but was unpleasant. Aircon not very effective but bed comfortable. Food unsophisticated but excellent."

"Room was very clean. Cleaner than some more expensive hotels I have stayed in. We only saw two staff, a security guard and the lady at breakfast- she also appeared to cover reception and cleaning duties and restocking the breakfast bar. She was lovey & a very hard worker. The downside & reason I cannot give 5 star is the check-in service after hours is by machine. It was not working for the family in front of us, it was very cold out. It was clear they had a reservation to us, and the guard could have let the child at least, wait inside. He seemed to help them at the beginning and then he gave up and went back inside himself to the warmth. They did get through to customer support via the machine call button but it took way to long for their issue to be resolved and people were waiting in the cold behind. The machine needs to be indoors if there is going to be issues with it. We were all lucky it was not raining. They were at least 30 minutes out there. Thankfully we eventually figured out how to checkin online while we waited. The rooms are small enough but most places in Paris are. They had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again, but would make sure I am checked in online first. "
