"First they have an excellent General Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers,the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. "Recommended by family that had stayed previously, so had to check it out. We got in much later than expected, but the front desk was very accommodating and very pleasant. The room was great for the 2 of us. Bathroom was a little tight for a chunky gal, but otherwise nice. Great spread for breakfast each morning. "This hotel was good for an overnight but had some quirks and the neighborhood feels sketchy. Our room smelled... odd. But I think it may have been a combination of the cleaning products used, and the building being old. There's a weird door entry situation where you have a door from the hallway to your room, but also from your room to the parking lot. It was odd and didn't feel super secure, but I was armed, so not too worried. Your room key does not open the door that goes to the parking...
