"Our stay was great. The value of cost vs what we received was very good. The area was very safe feeling, pushed off into is own little corner. Maybe not luxury, but very comfortable, clean, safe. Would absolutely stay again. "

"The staff was not helpful at all. They overcharged me at the restaurant and bar. The shuttle is not free and does not show up when it's supposed to do so I ended up having to call an Uber to get to the port so I would not miss my cruise and their English is not very good. The lights in my room not all of them worked nor did either of all of the outlets. The smell in my room was disgusting."

"The place was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool area needs some help. The tiles are loose and somebody can get hurt. The cushion for the chair's needs to be cleaned. Also microwaves needs to be on site. If not in the rooms at least in the lobby area. My room was clean and I was happy about that."

"Room was clean and basic, which was great for a quick overnight stay. The chair in the room needed to go straight to a dumpster though. Easy to find room, cold ac which worked well. Easy check out and shuttle to cruise port. Cannot comment on breakfast as we skipped this"

"Very nice place and extremely clean. Located is conveniently located near airport with a 24 hr shuttle that runs constantly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in Miami. "
