"The staff was not unpleasant. The property was okay-ish; it needs updating. The conference rooms for the conference we attended were okay-ish. The room was okay-ish. it was relatively clean. Overall, the experience was okay-ish, excluding the parking situation. The charges for parking are egregious. They changed from $25 per day (1 month before our stay) to $32 (2 days before our stay) to $35 all before we checked in. "As always I was pleased with my stay at this facility except for one issue. In order to park my vehicle and pay for secured parking I was required to download a parking app. This was an inconvenience for me and in no way a benefit. There was a service charge for the use of this app. In no way did I experience a benefits from this service. This new process was not brought to my attention until I arrived at this facility.
