"The iconic Santa Monica pier is just one block away. This conveniently located boutique Hotel has a hip skater/surfboard, motif, but also an elegant bicycles are available to take on the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance, but they did give me a voucher to use a neighboring hotels pool. I was given a free breakfast coupon, but it was only for one particular item on the menu, which was not vegetarian. My suggestion would be to allow choosing any breakfast dish on the menu. The non-vegetarian was one of the most expensive things on the menu, so I would imagine that having a bowl of oats which cost less would not be an issue. For a hotel with a bicycle, skateboard, surfboard, motif, I think they should lean into the Health food a bit more other than that, I had a wonderful time and a great sleep in a very comfortable bed in a very well designed room."
