"Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. "Everyone was friendly and always asked if we were ok or needed anything. It’s very clean. Boutique Hotels are common in this area, located in the alleys. Many restaurants, massage, shopping are located in the alleys. There is a small quaint coffee shop with healthy eating called Shelter Cafe.
