"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "Great spot to stay near the coast in Beppu, a pretty convenient location, friendly staff. Let down a little by the in room entertainment and the slightly outdated interior but otherwise a place I'd recommend staying for sure."
