What a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from the Beppu train and transit station. Within walking distance of many great restaurants, a large grocery store, and local onsens. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and my room was perfect for me. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location to the Beppu station which is within 2-3 mins walk. The local buses to all the sightseeing locations were just outside the station which is super convenient. The twin room is good enough for a medium luggage although small but the toiletries they provided were more than sufficient and we had a restful night.

Staff were inexperience and spoke no English. Requested for our invoice after finalizing our bill before checking out in the morning, they had a rough time understanding even with google translate and o communicate. After a good hour standing at front desk, they finally got our statement. Though the hotel is an excellent location for JR station within walking distance. Walking back from our Onsen was ok as we believe it’s a red district, yet we didn’t feel unsafe in any way. Good value for our room, small but has everything we needed for one night stay. Love the town of Beppu.

Hotel is loacated by the train station. So it convenient to get to after arriving at beppu station. I had a room that was able to see the sunrise. I believe they also have rooms that could see it set as well. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice APA, newer property. West side of Beppu station so not much close by. Station is close with bus options to attractions. No inhouse spa but several walking distance.
