"Hotel was nice and in a good location. One of the reasons we picked this hotel though was for the bar. Online it says the bar is open until 11pm on friday and Saturday. We got to the bar at 9:30 on Friday night and the bar was completely closed. We asked the staff if it was still open and they said not only do they close at 10pm but they decided to close at 9:00pm because there weren’t any customers at the bar. I told the lady it says they close at 11 online and she said it’s 10. So whatever...

"Outstanding discovery! Nestled in a very quiet and peaceful historic neighborhood, we felt very secure. The breakfast buffet was more than just your average hotel buffet, and included table service for all but the food line. They also had a very good restaurant / pub on site. Enjoyed reading the history of the property. This will be our go to lodging when we are in the area."

"We were VERY happy with this facility - the nicest in a long time! Super clean, great and expansive breakfast. The room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was literally spotless and we had plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions about the area. I wish everywhere we have stayed was this nice!"

"Rooms were dates, hall wall coloring throughout the hotel was a dark brown which did not help the fact that the hotel in general was a little dated. Rooms were clean, however our AC unit in room made a loud sound each time it came on and didn't cool the room very good. Breakfast was very basic."

"We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and or the room walls. The size is excellent and the amenities are great! In addition to a refrigerator, there was a dishwasher with real plates and utensils. The exercise room is very spacious and one can even do their laundry on the premises. Breakfast is provided, but not extravagant. The additional space in and around the hotel is very welcoming and family oriented. We will definitely stay here again!"
