"The rooms were pretty clean, check in was easy, air condition worked well. Had a working refrigerator and microwave. We did have to ask for the TV remote and wait 15 min. to get it. Then had to come back for a hair dryer later on. The room had a smoke detector hanging down from the ceiling, toilet that was not bolted securely to the floor and we had a weird noise that sounded like metal duct expanding in the wall about every 20 minutes. Had to wake up the guy to turn back in the blow dryer when checking out. No one was covering the front desk, no receipt or check out paperwork could be gotten. "

"Rooms were great but the seal on the shower leaked in room #333 every time you showered an soaked the floor. I forget his name but the AA male front counter person was outstanding and an asset to this property with his knowledge and personality."

"First room was not cleaned when we got there, but the staff was pleasant and put us into another room which was good. The location is in a very sketchy area and there was an actual lockdown of the hotel in the morning we left because of a shooting directly across the street. "

"Arrived for a work trip to find the hotel did not match the photos online- the space is quite dated &needs some updates. You could tell by the condition of the elevator, the carpets, trim etc that it hasn't had a face lift in some time. The room was pleasant enough for the stay, but had some mystery splatter stains on the ceiling. Needless to say, I chose to sleep in the opposite bed."

"Arrived late for checkin around 10pm. You can't go inside. You have to stand outside and talk through a window. Was put into a room at the back, upstairs. Went in and the floor was rotted through under the carpet. The room REAKED. It was apparently a smoking room? Which i never requested. Stepped a few more feet in, and the fridge/microwave were both broken. Thats when we spotted the FIRST roach. Followed by dozens more. Dead and alive, in the beds, on the furniture, in the sink, crawling out of the tub and sink drains. It was the grossest place i had ever been to. No phone in the room, so had to call customer service who patched me through to the front desk. I informed of the roaches, and there was no shock, no disgust, no anything. She honestly seemed irritated that I was taking issue with it. Didn't offer a new room. I had to ask. So i have to go all the way back to the front to get keys for the new non-smoking room. Again, no apology or anything. New room was roach free, but still smelled, and had a ton of mold all over the ceilings. Bedding was a sheet and what felt like a curtain for a blanket. No roaches, but other bugs. Asked for extra towels as they only give 2, and wss told they wont do that, you have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them. The door didnt close all the way, even locked there was a gap to the outside. This is the place that sketchy things happen and you end up on 60 minutes. You get what you pay for. Trust me, pay more. "

"The room was amazing and the hotel is so nice! We came to town for a concert and they were so helpful is working with us with check in and check out! Highly recommend this hotel for all stays!"
