"Helpful kind staff, and a comfortable bed to sleep in."

"The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, but no blankets. The towels were clean. Soap and toilet paper were provided--nothing else. There was no shower curtain. No drain in the middle of the bathroom floor . Toilet poorly caulked and wiggly. The shower drain was filthy and the screen over it not attached. No bathtub. Visible mold on shower walls. Big refrigerator--meticulously cleaned on inside scuffed on outside. Area around sink poorly caulked, cupboard badly chipped. Touch up paint sloppily done.Holes in Drape over window."Non-Smoking" room smelled like tobacco. Someone in housekeeping works VERY hard to try to make this room clean and nice, but bathroom and kitchen area need a better handyman or replacement."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Had the extreme misfortune of staying here for a last minute trip to the furniture market. Receptionist woman didn’t have the absolute basic manners. Rude, disgusting and confrontational ghetto behavior. She angrily barked every word at everyone while offering zero help or support. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. One of the worst experiences of my life. You are better off sleeping in your car than stay here."

"Had an awesome stay…only issue was there were 4 people in the room and only 2 washcloths and no linens for pull out bed…. called the front desk but didn’t receive for hours-finally had to go to the desk to request items which were then delivered within minutes…other than that-awesome-kids loved the pool and tasty breakfast"

"We got in real late bc we was coming back from Florida and we couldn’t have asked for better staff member than Jean. She went above and beyond to help us and was so kind. Would definitely stay here again and loved the decor."
