"The fact that I had to lug all of my luggage up 8 flights of stairs and they had no staff there to help because yet again the fire alarms went off and the elevators never got back into service until afternoon from morning. They never offered discounts, they have no pool, no weight room, nothing! Parking is 30 dollars a day. 75 per night for incidentials not per stay. Walls paper thin. Overpriced especially for families with sick family members at the hospitals."
